Our Approved Vendor Program is designed to help protect the interests of our homeowners, residents and tenants. It promotes the business interests of reputable vendors who meet approved criteria of being in good standing with creditors, having approved/appropriate licences, maintaining general liability and workers compensation insurance and having a history of satisfying our customers.
